Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

I’ve always had a sweet tooth. Cakes, caramels, chocolate, marmalade—I’m attracted to anything sweet. You won’t believe this, but throughout the years I discovered that some peculiar people don’t have the same craving for sweet foods as I do. This incredible Bundt cake I made, with its toppings of tender melted chocolate and peanut butter cream, is a taste monster, in my opinion. Just look at it!

Peanut Butter Ginger Apple Cookies

I’ve made a bunch of these cookies, but there were gone in pretty much one day! I call that a culinary success. I had my doubts about ginger and how it would play out with the rest of the sweet ingredients, but it turned out amazing. Without ginger, these cookies would lose a bit of texture, but most importantly, an interesting spicy note you certainly don’t expect in a sweet tea-time cookie.

Homemade Lemon Cake

For all connoisseurs of citrus desserts, I strongly recommend trying to bake this simple lemon cake. Dough preparation takes only about 10-15 minutes, everything is as quick and simple as possible. The cake turns out to be small in size, so if necessary, the number of ingredients can be safely doubled. For this recipe, I use 1 lemon, but I try to buy a large one so the cake gets this amazing rich lemon flavor.
