Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp curry powder
4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
2 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut pumpkin into small pieces
