You might think that the chicken will come out too sweet, but don’t jump to conclusions – in fact, the chicken will get a pleasant sweet-salty taste. Ingredients
2 Chicken breast
4 cloves of garlic
6 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sesame
2 tbsp sesame oil
Salt, pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash and dry the chicken breasts with paper towels, then cut them into thin strips. Set aside
- Finely chop the garlic
- Melt the sugar over low heat. It is advisable to use a frying pan with a thick bottom. Don’t let the liquid sugar turn brown. The melted sugar should become amber in color.
- Add chicken and sesame oil to the skillet, saute until chicken is browned for about 7 minutes.
- Then add garlic and teriyaki sauce and cook for about 4-5 more minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice and ginger
