Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 6 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp sesame

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • Salt, pepper to taste

Directions

  • Wash and dry the chicken breasts with paper towels, then cut them into thin strips. Set aside
  • Finely chop the garlic
  • Melt the sugar over low heat. It is advisable to use a frying pan with a thick bottom. Don’t let the liquid sugar turn brown. The melted sugar should become amber in color.
  • Add chicken and sesame oil to the skillet, saute until chicken is browned for about 7 minutes.
  • Then add garlic and teriyaki sauce and cook for about 4-5 more minutes.
  • Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice and ginger
