Ingredients
300 g (11 oz) Tofu
300 g (11 oz) Cherry tomatoes
1 large Avocado
Half of a red onion
Small bell pepper
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
150 g (5.5 oz) Leaf salad mix
Sesame or sunflower oil 3 tbsp
Salt, pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Cut the vegetables, set aside
- Dice the tofu and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown
- Add soy sauce to fried tofu and stir.
