Ingredients

  • 300 g (11 oz) Tofu

  • 300 g (11 oz) Cherry tomatoes

  • 1 large Avocado

  • Half of a red onion

  • Small bell pepper

  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp

  • 150 g (5.5 oz) Leaf salad mix

  • Sesame or sunflower oil 3 tbsp

  • Salt, pepper to taste
