Hello, and welcome again! Today I am extremely excited to share a recipe so dear to me: the Uzbek Plov with Chicken, Raisins, and Chickpeas. This is a very tasty dish packed with nutritious and healthy ingredients. The star of the dish is the chicken.

Chicken drumsticks are delicious and an important source of essential amino acids and proteins, which are essential for repairing and building muscle tissues. Chickpeas are high in protein and fiber, making these legumes a wonderful addition to your diet. Chickpeas help lower cholesterol levels and improve digestion.
What about the spices? Turmeric, Indian curry mix, and cumin are delicious additions to the dish and are very beneficial for your health. With its anti-inflammatory health benefits, turmeric has been a critical element in traditional medicine. Cumin, on the other hand, is iron-rich and helps with digestion. Indian curry has numerous health benefits from various spices, such as cardamom, turmeric, and coriander.
Then we have the rice. Both jasmine and basmati rice are excellent options for this dish. One of their most significant attributes is their low levels of fat. They provide sustained energy as they are high in carbohydrates. There you have it, friends! Uzbek Plov with Chicken, Raisins, and Chickpeas is a must-have delicacy packed with essential, nutritious, and healthy ingredients that you can try.
