Ingredients
- Brownie
1 tsp baking powder
125 g (4.4 oz) butter
35 g (1.2 oz) cocoa
100g (3.5 oz), brown sugar
100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
2 medium eggs
68 g (2.4 oz) white flour
100 g (3.5 oz) chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
- Cookies 🍪
125 g (4.4 oz) butter
100g (3.5 oz), Sugar
70 g (2.5 oz) coconut sugar
170 g (6 oz) white flour
100 g (3.5 oz) chocolate drops
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Brownie
- melt the butter in the microwave
- add cocoa to the butter and mix well
- then add brown and white sugar to the mixture and stir
- add two eggs and mix it with a mixer for about 2 minutes
- add chocolate pieces
- Put baking paper on the bottom of the mold, then form the brownie
- Cookie
- mix butter, sugar and eggs into a homogeneous mixture
- then add the flour, baking powder and mix well
- add chocolate drops
- put this mixture on top of brownie
- Put the whole structure in a preheated oven to 220 degrees C° (440 F), bake it for about 40 minutes
- Chill the Brookies and cut them into squares before serving.
