Ingredients
baking powder 1 tbs
flour 250 gr (9 oz)
2 eggs
Cinnamon 1 tbs
70 gr (2.5 oz) butter
3 apples
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Cut the apples into slices
- Add half a portion of sugar to them (we need to add the rest to the dough) and cinnamon
- Mix eggs, butter, sugar, flour, and baking powder to make crumbs
- Put apples on the bottom molds and pour crumbs on top
- Put in the oven at 220°C (430 degrees F) for 1 hour
- This apple cobbler tastes amazing on its own, but you might find that it tastes even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream melts into the cobbler, adding an extra hint of sweetness.
