Hake with lemon and coconut milk

500 g (17.6 oz) hake
1-2 lemons, cut into rings
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp minced ginger
3-4 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp dill
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
300 ml (10.71 oz) coconut milk
Directions
- Wash the hake, cut into small pieces and dry with paper towels. Rub the fish with a mixture of thyme, salt, black pepper and lemon zest.
- Spray the pan with olive oil and saute the garlic and ginger for about 2-3 minutes.
- Place lemon rings to the pan.
- Now place the fish on top
- Pour coconut milk into the pan. Cook the fish, covered over medium heat, for about 15 minutes. If there is not enough liquid, you can add a small amount of water.
- Season the hake with chopped dill
- Serve the dish with rice. Bon appetit! 😋
