minutesAmerican-style fudge which is a basically a chocolate fudge was originated even during 1886 and it was as actually a super simple fudge recipe, but then they add some toffee in it and made it even better and even softer, but the one that we get now is a mixture of milk and sugar and it is very healthy too, unless you are not adding too much sugar, if you make it at home then it is safe and healthy too and much better for your kids than chocolates and sweets they eat from market cause you never know what they add in it and what kind of ingredients are in then.

Ingredients
Condensed milk 380 ml (15.5 oz)
Butter 180 g (6.5 oz)
Chocolate 400 g (14 oz)
Chocolate chips 200 g (7 oz)
Walnut 80 g (3 oz)
Directions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Dice the butter and melt it in a saucepan
- Combine condensed milk with butter keeping on low heat
- Add chocolate chips and wait until it starts to dissolve, keep everything on minimum heat, stirring the mixture constantly.
- Then add the rest of the chocolate. Wait until it dissolves completely and the mixture becomes homogeneous. In case butter separates from the chocolate, add some hot water and stir.
- Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper and put the chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle walnuts on top and refrigerate until completely cooled.
- Cut the finished product into portioned pieces and enjoy!
