Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless and boneless chicken breast, then to be cut to 1-inch portions

Directions

  • Make sure your non-stick pan is 12 inches in diameter. Spray the skillet with cooking spray to keep the ingredients from sticking. Place over a heat set anywhere from 5-8. Add chicken and garlic and stir quickly to saute the ingredients for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is browned. Set the chicken aside in a separate bowl.
  • Put carrots, onions in a pan, fry for 2 minutes after adding 1/2 cup of broth. Cover the skillet and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring 2-3 times. After that, it’s time to add mushrooms, bell peppers and broccoli. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Mix cornstarch with soy sauce, sugar and the rest of the broth.
  • Toss this mixture with the chicken in the pan and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir often, to achieve this. Then add vegetables to the mixture. Once it’s finished, serve with rice.
